We are please to provide free shipping on all items shipped within the Contiguous 48 States!

At this time we do not ship outside of the Contiguous 48 States.

Q: How will my purchase be shipped

We use a variety of shippers and or shipping methods including but not limited to the following:
  • FedEx Ground
  • UPS
  • USPS

Q: What if my shipment is damaged

We take every measure necessary to insure you receive your purchase safe and undamaged. However if by chance you do receive a package that was damaged during shipment:

Immediately contact the carrier

  • FedEx - 1 (800) GO-FEDEX
  • UPS - 1 (800) PICK-UPS
Tell them you have received a damage package and would like to file a claim. Please then e-mail us notifying us about the damage claim. The carrier will pick up the product for inspection. This will allow them to issue us a credit; once our credit is processed we will ship a replacement item.

Q: How long will it take my order to arrive

Orders are processed within 72 hours of receiving them, although most orders are received, processed, and shipped within 24 hours. Most orders arrive at our customers' door within 5-10 days from the time the order is placed. To minimize back orders, we ship from multiple shipping facilities.

Q: Can I pick up my purchase

No, we do not have a will call terminal at our shipping locations.

Q: What is your return policy

We are committed to providing quality merchandise and stand by our products. We accept returns on uninstalled products that are not electrical in nature or custom ordered up to 30 days of the date of shipment with a return authorization. Please e-mail one of our sales associates at for a return authorization.
Please Note: A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all items that qualify for a return unless otherwise noted.
